"Even though I did not buy my bike at Hot Metal, I have bought several other accessories and clothing from you, sometimes changing my mind after getting home. I never had a problem with returns, receiving full refunds on the spot. This is NOT true with other dealerships where you only get a store cedit. I was told that this is standard procedure for most dealerships. Now I'm stuck with a sizable store credit from a dealership I don't want to ever buy from again. I'm not sure what your policy is with returns, but again I've never had a problem. Thanks again!"
